PRELIOS AGENCY ADVISES C2 INVESTMENT FUND IN THE LEASE OF THE INNOVATIVE “THE HAITCH” BUILDING IN MILAN

Milan, 22 November 2017 Prelios Agency was the exclusive advisor to C2 Investment Fund, a fund managed by Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A., in the leasing of “The Haitch”, a property of approximately 7,000 m2 located on viale Sarca in the heart of the Bicocca District in Milan, the former headquarters of the Prysmian Group.

The property at viale Sarca 222, which recently underwent a renovation project, is an innovative office building which allows its users to enjoy flexible and smart spaces. It will host the Milan offices of a major company operating in the automotive sector. The lease covers an overall area of 3,400 m2.

The Haitch is situated in an area that has recently become a hub of excellence, with a focus on high-tech industry, and is at the centre of an intensive renovation process which has made it a highly attractive location, chosen by important multinational companies.
